The pattern on the top resembles the Taylor, Smith and Taylor dogwood pattern while the base appears to be the English countryside with a couple sitting near a steam. A very rare piece and without any signature. Circa 1880s, England. The hairline crack on the bottom doesn't go through to the interior.
